History is full of badasses, and it is very hard to rank them. Some of them have done incredible stuff such as the man who took a machete to the face to save an orphanage full of children to the 18-year old girl who gunned down an unjust militant commander. Since you’ll never read about them in history books, unfortunately, we’re featuring 13 such badasses who did unbelievable stuff and must never be forgotten.
Mike the Durable
During the 1920s and 1930s, there was a homeless Irish man who lived in New York City, named Michael Malloy. He is famous for surviving a number of attempts on his life by five acquaintances, who were attempting to commit life insurance fraud. These attempts included being intentionally fed antifreeze, turpentine, rat poison, being hit by a taxi and also being left in -14 degree weather. He was given the nicknames Mike the Durable and Iron Mike.
