“But I learned to love myself unconditionally, because I am a queen,” India Arie.

No matter who you are, no matter what you do and no matter what you are, you have the right to love yourself. To care about yourself. To know that each and every one of your scars tells the story of your life. The story of how far you have come. The story of how strong you are. And there is nothing that can stop you from believing in the things which you want to believe in.

The same is the case with Andrea Grant, a 24-year-old, Florida resident who survived an explosion which resulted in burning about 85% of her body. And not only that, she was told that she would never be able to carry children. Yet she has two children of her own. And that is because she never gave up. Never. And now even with her imperfections, she is perfect. If not to the world, then at least to herself.

There comes a time in life when you think that it is the end.

When you think that there is nothing else which you can do to make yourself feel better. That there is nothing else anyone can do.

But little do you know that you just have to pick yourself up.
