There are good days and then there are bad days. Such is life.
There are days when we are down on ourselves. Experts can tell you a number of ways you could deal with the random bouts of self-doubts and sadness like yoga, exercise, running etc.
But most people don’t really follow these helpful techniques. For instance, I’d rather think about all the bad things in my life, cry my eyes out, make myself sadder and then try not to kill myself. ALWAYS. I mean like,
But I’m only human
And I bleed when I fall down
and I sang the whole song again.
Or you could work work work work work work.
This reminds me that listening to songs is actually helpful for some people.
